Instructors in the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering have been named to the Spring 2023 CIOS Honor Roll for their outstanding contributions to the educational mission of Georgia Tech. The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) compiles the list at the end of each semester.

Candidates for this honor include full-time and part-time faculty, visiting faculty, graduate student instructors, and administrators who teach.

To be eligible for the recognition, instructors must have a minimum of a 70% CIOS response rate and place in the top 25% of the composite CIOS scores for each size group. Criteria used to rank candidates include the instructor’s respect and concern for students; the instructor’s level of enthusiasm about the course; and the instructor's ability to stimulate a student’s interest in the subject matter.
