Georgia Program Backs Pioneering Antibody Research with Global Reach

A new $250,000 grant from the Georgia Research Alliance is supporting Carl Ring Family Professor Ankur Singh and Regents' Professor Andrés García in developing functional human antibody therapies for some of the most difficult-to-treat diseases. The funding will help accelerate translational research aimed at improving the success rate of antibody discovery, a field that has transformed treatment for cancer, autoimmune disease, and infectious illness but still faces major limitations.
